The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. This stunning home features a covered outdoor dining and comfy patio furniture, you will enjoy your outdoor meals from sunrise to sunset in our small oasis. Bedroom #1: Features Cal King Size Bed with 55” HDTV Bedroom #2: Cal King Size Bed with 65'' HDTV Bedroom #3: Queen Size Bed. Bedroom #4: Full size bed with twin size trundle. Arcade and Fooz table Kitchen: The spacious kitchen with a big counter top features all stainless steel appliances:oven, fridge, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, blender, waffle maker, mixer. Filtered for drinking water. Plus, a Keurig Coffee Machine and traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans) for Coffee lovers. Different kinds of coffee and teas are also provided. Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring cups and more. We also provide spices, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. 2.5 Bathrooms: The bathrooms are stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. House Supplies: Home is stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods. Private backyard with Private pool and spa to enjoy time with friends and family:) Always available by phone, text email, messages. Car, Uber, Lift, Taxi, Bikes Please note that we have surveillance cameras on the property. These cameras are all located on the exterior of the house ONLY, not in private areas. It is your responsibility to inform your guests of these rules and make sure they comply regardless if they are day/overnight guests of yours. CHECK-IN TIME and CHECK-OUT TIME: Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM on every reservation. Check out time 11 am. An additional charge will be added for any non-approved late check-outs ($50 per hour). It can be flexible if you ask ahead of time. LATE DEPARTURE WITHOUT APPROVAL: If you have not vacated the premises by 11:00 am without prior approval for a later check-out time, you will be charged $50 per hour. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed to stay overnight is limited to 12 and or the number of guests stated at the time of booking and or on contract. After 8th person $50 per guest per night. Having last-minute guests stay the night that are not listed may or may not be possible depending on how many guests you already have, and fees will be incurred. If you are found having extra guests or found that you had an extra guest(s) who are not listed or haven’t it discussed it with the owner prior to your arrival or during your stay will be terminated, you will be asked to leave immediately and your payment for your stay and deposit will not be refunded. NOISE DISTURBANCES: Quiet time is from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. Please be respectful of all neighbors. If we receive any complaints, we will attempt to contact you once to request that you reduce the level of noise. If noise continues you may be asked to vacate the property without any refund. PARKING: There is NO street parking allowed unless we SAFELIST the vehicle with security. There is parking for about 2 cars in the driveway. If you end up parking on the street with permission, you must park in with the flow of traffic. If you park in the street and do not follow this rule or if you park in the street without permission from the property manager, it is a $200 fee per car per night. When parking in the street please provide the first and last name of the vehicle owner, make, and model, color, and license plate to the property manager. EARLY DEPARTURE/EVICTION POLICY: NO REFUNDS for early departure and/or eviction in any circumstance. POOL/SPA HEAT FEE: If you would like pool heat added to your reservation, please let your property manager know at least 48-hours in advance of your arrival. We do charge a fee of $70 p/night, if you would like the pool to be heated to 84-86 degrees. Spa: $50 p/night. For Both pool and Spa: $100 p/night. NO SMOKING POLICY: All our properties are non-smoking. There will be an extra cleaning fee added if this rule is broken up to $2500. Smoking is permitted outside only with the kitchen slider, doors and windows all closed. PET(s) Policy. Please let us know if you are going to be accompanied by your pet. If we find out after the fact that you had a pet during your stay you may be charged other fees for any services the owner may have incurred because of bringing your pet. Service dogs are welcome, there will be an extra $150-dollar cleaning fee & $200 refundable pet damage deposit added to your reservation and you will also still be responsible for any damages the service animal does during the duration of the stay. This also goes for any guests that you may have over that brings a service animal. Penal code 367.5 will be enforced. BEDS: Do not make the beds, leave all beds as is please. KITCHEN: Please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink or on the counter. Please rinse off the dishes, place them in the dishwasher and start it. DOORS/WINDOWS: Please make sure all doors are locked before leaving. THERMOSTAT: Please leave both thermostats set to 80 before your check-out. DIRTY LINENS: Please gather all your towels and place them in the laundry and start a load if you can before leaving. We would appreciate it. DAMAGE DEPOSIT: $800 - The guest doesn't pay the deposit when they make the reservation. Instead, the guest will be charged if a host makes a claim on their security deposit. *Damage to the property, items in or around property grounds and or furnishings; *Dirt or other mess requiring extra cleaning $50 per hour; or extra cleaning due to extra guests, and or cleaning, item(s) replacement do to pet(s) or pet damage *Any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay *Property manager visit(s) *Having more guests than listed on the rental agreement BELONGINGS: We are not responsible for any belongings left behind after departure no matter the value. Please make sure you check for all belongings before you depart the property. TRASH: Bag all your trash and place it in the trash bins located on the side of the house. For your convenience, plastic trash bag liners are under the sink. Trash will be picked up every Monday and Roll-Out service is provided. WEATHER CONDITIONS: Guests are responsible for checking driving and weather forecasts in preparation for desert conditions at various times of the year, including, but not limited to fog, wind, rain, storms, etc. We do not refund due to weather conditions, road closures, driver's abilities or vehicle limitations.
